I have pcos since 2016 for which I’d been taking piozer 15 mg and glucophage 250 mg as i had always been underweight which helped regulate my cycle, i had my first baby 9 months ago and my dr told me that till the time i breastfeed I won’t be needing any treatment for pcos but my postpartum bleeding lasted for 57 days and then the bleeding kept happening on and off for 3 months like it would stop for 4-5 days then start again, so i was given glucophage again because the dr thought it was pcos messing up the cycle again but it didn’t help so upon getting an u/s it indicated rpoc for which i was given misoprostol and and primolut n for 3 months to fix the cycle, since then I’m getting periods every month but the cycle has gotten irregular again even though I’m still taking glucophage. Pls also note that i have been exclusively breastfeeding my child since she was born, and I’m still breastfeeding her however now she takes formula twice a day too. In breast feeding cycle maybe irregular, do a fresh ultrasound pelvis pl , may take cap transamin 3 times for 5 days in periods of heavy bleeding , can take hormones if baby on top feed

No the baby is still on breastfeed only give her top feed twice a day. What are the other treatment options to get the cycle regular? As my cycle is getting delayed/irregular every month now even with glucophage.
