I m trying for baby. Weight 91 Height 5'2 Age 28 Married since last 4 years. Having PCOS and have gained 15 kg in trying to concieve. Now its out of control. I m really worried. I need an authentic and realistic diet plan and root cause of my problems is duty timing of my husband which changes every day and night. I cant do anything properly. I can come come to clinic as well. And problem is my husband is also diagnosed high bp and diabtese just last week. So i want someone who can help us both in guiding
