Talk to Gynecologist on Pelvic Pain, Brown Discharge And Fatigue

Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Rawalpindi

Im unmarried, 32 yrs old. Im a pco and uterine fibroid patient. Im on constant treatment. I have high prolactin levels(51.1ng/ml). These days im on duphaston and bromocriptine( crip) tablets alongwd slix sachet. My periods ended on 25th of june. Since 28th i hv been experiencing severe periods pain in pelvic area alongwd burning sensations., lower back pain and legs pain alongwd dizziness, fatigue, mood swings and brown thread like discharge. Wat can be the reason of all these symptoms?
