Talk to Gynecologist on Peri Sac Haematoma In First Trimester Of Pragnancy

Assalamualaikum Dr Riba being, plz guide me I am so worried. I am 11 weeks 3 days pragnant right now. I had an issue of spotting in starting of pragnancy since first week when my periods got missed. Then doctor prescribed me weekly injection ivf 5000, duphaston 10 mg twice daily, cyclogest pessary for rectal use, folic acid and Osnate D. Then my spotting stopped. But on 17th April, I had little bleeding so immediately rushed to hospital and in ultrasound I was 8 weeks pragnant with Peri sac haematoma. I was advised to continue my previous medicines with strict bed rest. So I follow their instructions. Now in my current ultrasound of 11 weeks, the Peri sac collection is still there. Although I don't have any bleeding or spotting. But what I should do for this problem of haematoma? How it will get fine? I have previous history of two early miscarriages in 7 weeks. No reason we're diagnosed for recurrent miscarriages. Every report was normal. Please guide me doctor Riba beig.
