Talk to Gynecologist on Period Bleeding

I am married and 29 years old, with two children, both delivered normally. My periods have been very regular since they started, but this year my pattern has changed a little.

Last year, I had inflammation in my body and my ESR was high (54). I also had some other symptoms. My doctor prescribed medication for one month, which I took from November 2025 to December 2025.

After that, starting in January, my periods began lasting around 10 days. Some months they were 7 days, but I thought maybe it was because of hormonal changes.

Then, on July 26, I got my period normally, but the spotting never completely stopped. It continued until August 15. Then, on August 15, I started bleeding again like a normal period for about 7 days.
