Assalam o Alaikum, I just turned 21 and I have a query. I got my Periods when i was 12 years and 8 months, I always have had a cycle of 28 days and My periods lasted from 4-5 days. However this year my cycle length has become of 33 days and lasts 4-5 days too. No other symptoms are included im just concerned that if the change in cycle is normal from 28 to 33?
if no history of weight gain hirsutism
and cycle is regular then its normal
Check your BMI
And daily exercise
Water intake

Cycle lengh more than 35 days is issue..
Ur cycle lengh changed may be due to ur
change in diet habit..( Dieting or over eating).
Intake of any pain killer..
Or steroids.
Monitor ur cycle for 3 months if it remains same then consult.
Other wise dont take stress. Stress also prolongs cycle.
The length of cycle upto 35 days is normal.
Did you gain in weight if yes then it is because of that daily do some exercise walk in the house for half an hour or skipping one 100 times or cycling should be daily this leg thing is not worrying but it is a sign of laziness
