My periods are late after every 2 or 3 Months. And when it happens, it’s severe pain in lower body, vomiting and sometimes I get unconscious. Moreover when I start exercising sometimes the pain is less during my periods week, but still they are late and not regular.

-if u are unmarried then it could be premenstrual syndrome or haemohrragic ovarian cyst or Endometriosis.
-in married woman many other possibilities could be there.
-As periods irregular then could be due to hormonal imbalance or Pco so u need to have Detailed Evaluation and Examination by gynae specialist.
