My age is 40 year. I m always having heavy bleeding in periods that remains 5 to 6 days. Period Date is flexible some time 3 days before and some time 3 days after due days. Now I'm going for I'm going for Umara. Kindly suggest me period delay tablets dose and when should I start before my date?
