Periods delay karne ke liye medicines ka istemal aam hai, lekin inka sahi tareeqay se lena zaroori hai. Neeche di gayi maloomat aap ki madad karegi:
Sab se behtar Medicine: Norethisterone
Pakistan mein yeh aam taur par Primolut N ke naam se milti hai.
Kaise leni hai: Isay aap ki periods shuru hone ki umeed ki tareekh (expected date) se 3 din pehle shuru karna hota hai.
Dose: Rozana 2 se 3 dafa (doctor ki hidayat ke mutabiq).
Kab tak: Jab tak aap ko delay chahiye. Jab aap goli chorrengi, uske 2-3 din baad periods shuru ho jayengay.
