Assalamualaikum Dr mujhy 2 year se periods issue he ..periods time pr hoty hen but periods start hony se 8-10 days pehly spotting start hojati h phir us k bad heavy periods hoty hn ..mujhy ek Dr ne famila 28 advice ki he ..but mujhy uska method samjh nh araha he k kb se start krni he ?periods k first day se start krni he ya periods se free ho kr kron start ? Or agar medicine lety hue koi vomiting ya spotting ka issue ho to kia kren? Plz Dr guide krden ?....or mere hormones test FSH,lh, prolactin,sth,with in range m hen or pelvic pathology ultrasound b clear he ...plz guide krden? ...or medicine ka b tareekay btaden? ....
