Talk to Gynecologist on Period Pain
Asking For Self, Female, 21 Years old, karachi
From the past 4-5 mentrual cycles, I have had extremely bad cramping and pain on my period to the point where I cant do anything during the first day or 2 of my period. I also have Alot of leg and back pain on the first two days and cant move or do anything. I use a hot bottle for temporary relief and also tried half a ponstan this time around which helped for a little while to subside the pain because i dont usually have painkillers so my tolerance isnt high. It is also to be noted that my cycle is completely normal, no heavy bleeding, 5-6 day period, no delays. What could this be a sign of? What can i do to relieve the pain?

if there's no irregularity than just use pain killers during times of intense pain. more history is required for which u have to book consultation. :)
