Talk to Gynecologist on Period Problem

I want to ask a question about my daughter who is 10 years 10 month now. She got her first period on 2 July is it normal.to have period at that early age. And then now today 20 July she got her period again. Is it normal as I am anxious should I consult a Dr or this is quite normal. Her grandmother and paternal aunt has the same pattern of 21 days cycle and 9 days of bleeding. Kindly inform.
