Talk to Gynecologist on Period Problem

Aoa want to ask a question about my daughter ahe got her first period this month on 2 July at the age of 10 years 10 months. Now today she got period again her grand mother have the same pattern her cycle was just of 21 days her paternal aunt has the a same pattern of 21 to 23 days . I wanted to ask is it normal ro have periods at that age and is it normal to have such a short cycle or I should consult a Dr and what precautions I have to take.
