Talk to Gynecologist on Period Problem

Assalam oAlaikum, I am having a lot of watery discharge during my period this month. It is too much, like it made my whole pad wet in just few minutes. It never happened before. I am not on any medication. But had a D & C in November, because fetal development stopped. Later, had a period on January 2, it was also a heavy period. Please tell me what the reason of this watery discharge can be? Jazak Allah
