Talk to Gynecologist on Period With Clots

I am trying to concieve since last 18months but in vain. i have a daughter already. My pelvis u/s always came out prefectly fine.normal ovaries. Follicular size was variable though. My monthly cycle length is always 26-27 days. But i am unable to concieve. So this month my cycle goes bit late,strip test came out negative on 30th day. On 31st day of cycle ny period got started. There was too heavy bleeding with clots. Upon taking bath on 7th day i can see tissue coming out. Now its 11th day of my cycle but still brown tiny clots and tissues are coming. I got my u/s done, this time there is an issue with right ovary size which never happened before. Dr gave me st mom tab and she is suspecting early miscarriage and said might be right ovary is going towards pco. I am worried please have a look at my u/s report. How can a ovary size got changed suddenly? What about periods and clots which is not going? Is it really pcos or its because of suspected miscarriage?
