Hi, i am facing problem of periodic disorder from almost three to four years. There is always delay of 15 to 20 days and not properly happening even after that. As a result of this, so much hair growth has been happened on my chin and acne on my face. Should I visit Endocrinologist or dermatologist? Dermatologist may suggests for laser surgery for hairs but I want to rectify actual problem of periodic disorder. Furthermore, I have already visited gynecologist and do proper course of medication of 5 months but the problem is still not solved.

regular delay of 15-20 days wth normal flow for 3-5 days when u use 2-3 sanitary napkins daily is normal...this means ur cycle is prolong...and not usual 28-35 days cycle...
but ur acne and facial hirsutism is worrisome...
u need to do a full bladder pelvic ultrasound wth following labs and then attend to ur attending OBG clinic:
day 2: LH AND FSH
THYROID PROFILE
HBA1C
TESTOSTERONE
PROLACTIN

Well you need to optimize your weight according to your height. Get hormones profile on day 2 of your cycle and get pelvic ultrasound done. Then visit your doctor.
