I'm 1.5 yr pp baby is still breastfeeding I'm getting bleeding first 2 days as I nevr have ben on heavy periods I have done this test on 21st day of periods progesterone level is 1.65 and prolactin is it shows and what does the result mean what cause follicle stage to happen late pls elaborate.m I getting into perimenupause as I'm having depression anxiety mood swings sleep disturbance no libido

Your query isn’t very clear but from what I understand is that u probably hav some level of depression .. plz get ur pelvic ultrasound done and a speculum examination from ur gynac to rule out any infection
While you are still breastfeeding your cycle may be irregular. Don't stress your self
Regarding the size of follicle etc it is usually checked in woman who are trying to conceive and are taking medicine to help increase the size of follicle. You should not take any tension regarding the size of follicle etc and for now enjoy your time with you baby. All the best
