Talk to Gynecologist on Periods And Pregnancy Issue

AoA, I got married on July 17 and till July 18 my wife did not conceive. Aug 18, My wife conceived. After few days, we travelled from Islamabad to native town and miscarriage was occured by my wife unfortunately. Since that, my wife visited alot of times to different hospitals and Doctors. Lastly, went through Dr Taliya Imran at her clinic at Islamabad. Unfortunately, still could not conceive again.

Currently the basic issue is her menstrual cycle. To get on time her cycles, A dr advised her to take a tablet My-Myo daily for at least 2 to 3 months regularly. Since using that tablets, previous 2 months her cycles were adjusted to 35 days approx. But this time, her cycle was to end on 26 Apr 21. But she did not had. Since that she tested 2 to 3 times UPT. But found negative. Her face is full of hairs and her menstrual cycles are extremely disturbed. We want her pregnancy positive. Keeping above in view, best possible treatment may b advised/ suggested please.
