Hi, I m married for 4.5 years. I conceived directly after my marriage and now my daughter is 3.9. Now I want to conceive again and trying for almost 1 year now. Since last year my periods have become irregular and cycle goes to 70 days. I have gained weight which I never have gained before and its not decreasing. My ultrasound was done, everything is OK. My all blood tests are done and they are OK. I want to know can I conceive naturally or not? What should I do if I can't? Plz tag Dr mehwish syed
