Better to start Tab Primolute n 5 MG subah sham now and stop it when you return from umra
it's better you start now tab primolut N thrice daily is the dose twice daily you can take but if your date is near and you want to stop take thrice daily and stop when you return from Umrah.

ws..u can delay peroid..start tab primolute n 5 mg 3 times a day 7 days before ur date and continue up till u want..when u finish ur holy visit..stop medicine..u can use it even one month
