Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Delay

In Nov 2025 , my periods date was 18th … and in December I take ECP tablet and my periods came 10 days earlier than my regular date and it was on 8th dec .. now I avoid to take any medication related to prevent pregnancy but still we don’t have a family planning .. now it’s 19 of January 2026 and still no periods … my husband never discharge inside me .. we do natural prevention … but I didn’t take my medication in this duration… than how to confirm that if I’m pregnant nor there was an issue with my periods … bcz I don’t wanted to get have a baby rn ..I thought that on 18th of January my periods will came but now it’s 19th date and no periods I’m very stressed.. what should I do … which test give accurate results ? Blood test for pregnancy or urine or I have to wait?
