Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Duration Change After Marriage

Hi I am Mrs Hasnain. I have getting married on 8 july 2023. After my marriage my periods date changed. after married period was after 15days from my periods cycle (12th of the August). Next month periods date was 7th September. and in this month periods start from 3rd October. and more this is that the bleeding also very small, in this month (october) just one day bleeding. please help me in this matter. what is the cause for this change? and what should i do? Is it a big problem ?
