Assalamualaikum. I am 25y/o unmarried mjhy periods light hoty hain maximum 4 days tak hoty aur mera period cycle 30 days hai but last month mjhy periods nhi huye aur ab cycle 30 days + hogya hai jb meri date anay wali thi is baar mjhy white discharge boht horha tha aur same periods wala dard tha jesy bs periods start hony lagy hain but nhi huye. Is month Meri diet mein ek change ye Aya tha k meine juices peeny start krdiye thy like ABC juice nehar moun, aur limo Pani with sugar boht peeti thi mein daily 3 glass after breakfast ya poora din chalty phirty. Kya diet change reason hai periods na hony k is month? Aur mjhy light periods kyn hoty hain sirf 4 days tak. Please answer I am worried.
salaam. it seems to be PCOS.but for confirmation you need to have pelvic scan. withdrawal bleedind is advisable.

how can diagnosis b given wthout invx...BMI of NINETEEN PER KG BODY SQUARE is required fr normal menstural cycle-periods r affected if u hv lost more than twenty kilos in 4 weeks time-now assess urself and reply
