Dear at present your concern are two issues
One scanty or almost no periods
Second UTI
Regarding the first one
you are nearing menupause and this is your premenpause period at this point u should have a pelvic usg to exclude other gynaecological problems
For the second problem take plenty of fluids
Improve your local hygiene. Take probiotics for a week along with with simple analgesics. If still no improvement then u will have to do urine tests and blood tests. These will also give some idea regarding this problem
