Hi, her age is 20 she has this problem of irregular periods from last year but in the last 3 months she didn't have periods at all except in the last week she had some sort of pinkish discharge. what could be the reason

she is not married. and yes there is a problem of weight gain and sort of bloating. the last cycle was around 4 to 5 days with heavy bleeding after that she only had spotting sometimes
