salam, i got my 1st c section done from HAMDARD hospital golmarket. 1 year ago baby mother feed py hy lekin mujhe periods issues ho rahy hy , 4 months pehly mjhe periods aana bnd hogai achanak intercourse nh huwa tha phir bhi mai ne strip check kiya tha tw negative hi tha , but last month mai mjhe 20 sept se 9 oct tk periods huwe phr 1 week gap huwa us mai koi intercourse nh huwa aur achanak se 18 oct se till date periods wapis shuru hogai hy heavy bleeding hy.. reason smjh nh aarha.

you need to get pelvic ultrasound done first and gynaecological examination as well
it can happen while breastfeeding but also u have to rule out other causes... weight gain can be a cause
visit your doctor , go for ultrasound or whatever advised after assessment
