as you are in peri menopausal age so this kind of ir regularity is expected...but it duznt mean tht you don't need any care...of course u need nt to be anemic+it shud ne confirmed tht there's no underlying pathology like fibroids,PID,Polyp etc tht is causing heavy menstrual bleeding...so for all this we need to run few tests and do your full bladder pelvic scan...so kindly see your attending gynaecologist
