Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Isue

AoA.. I have an isue ... Mam mujhy periods type bleeding ho rhi hy but not like period just spots thy pehly 2 days ab kuch thick sa liquid hy and i also have pain in back and Bally ... But still not properly comes out please till me what's the actual isue .. and I'm married since one month .. second ma ak village ma shadi ho kr ai hon yahn asa kuch nhi available jis sa ma khud ka test kr sakon bcz kuch ka kehna hy pregnancy ma asa hota hy spot's hoty hain but jab washroom use krti then kuch bleeding bhi hoti hy so I'm confused
