Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Like Pain 8 Weeks Pregnant

MashaAllah i m 8 weeks pregnant. Precious pregnancy. Have pcos. Yesterday i have extra work load at home due to guests.. i was Hyper active for almost 12 hrs; without any break. After that since morning i am feeling pressure and sharp pain (on and off) beneath lower abdomen. (Periods starting like pain)

Using following medIcines 1l glucophage 500mg 3 times 2) pregnacare original 3) duphaston twice a day 4) aspirin 75 mg once 5) progesta supportery morning/evening

I am alot worried regarding this pain. I m doing little movement i feel pain or pressure in lower abdomen. Please can any doctor can guide me.
