Salam U should get ur serum BHCG done and ultrasound pelvis and consult OBGYN and if u want to do urine test it should be done early morning and atleast 10 to 15 days after the date. Best option is blood test

wth lactation ur dates go up and down but risk of pregnancy never goes away-early morning urine is more suitable for UPT-u can also do serum BHCG for confirmation...if not pregnant and neither planning to concieve then attend ur OBG clinic for effective and suitable contraceptive...
