Periods Missing For 5 Days

Question

I am Female age 21 , Married and mere periods nhi aarhy 5 days over hogye hain regular cycle sy I feel pain in legs . No vomit etc . I got my beta hcg it has value 1650mIU and TVS too . Tvs states no Gestational sac found. Doctor ny bola hai TVS mein na bhi ho tu HCG ky mutabiq pregnancy hai .Can you help me with it also I am not willing for pregnancy is there any way to discontinue pregnancy .

Dear u are pregnant, repeat ultrasound after 2 wks, meanwhile take tab adfolic 600 mcg one daily , and sorry i ll not advise u for termination of normal pregnancy, its not permitted in islam
