Wait for few days and if no periods after one week approximately repeat pregnancy test and do ultrasound pelvis. Sometimes this happens and if you are worried go for bHCG blood test for pregnancy.
It will take time to get positive result on strip, check upt early morning in concentrated urine. Otherwise periods might be delay for a week
If the PT is negative, these can be delayed periods.
