Hi, i need an urgent update. I am having abdominal pain as well as spotting. Abdominal pain become sharp. My periods are regular and i am taking dostinex half medicine each week. My last periods date was 13 Feb. What should i do? I am nauseous as we. Is it periods or pregnancy? Thanks
