I am a pcos patient. I have periods pain almost whole month in pelvic area even in my normal days when i dont have periods. Is it endometriosis or some kind of infection? According to ultrasound i have bulky uterus.

-have detailed history, Examination and Evaluation by Gynae Specialist.
-temporarily u can have tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly but don't Make It a habbit.
-have progesterone only combined Oral contraceptive pills for 3 cycles to regulate periods.
-have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have one High vaginal swab to check infection.
-After Hvs have tab Doxycycline 100 mgs 12 hrly and tab metronidazole 400mgs 8 hrly for 14 days.
-collect swab and hvs report then discuss here.
