Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem

My wife is facing periods problems this month. Her periods date was 7 may but yet periods havent come. Her Period Cycle is 28 days. We test the beta hcg level by urine on may 10 showing negetive. Today is 13 may , she is feeling a mild pain in the pelvic area …!! Plz guide us what should we do ? Her last month cycle was absolutely perfect but second last mentrual cycle was delayed about 5 days ! Need expert suggestion !

Start tablet qfolic HR 1 mg once a day , cranmax sachet once a day , ask her about any vaginal discharge ? Smell ? Itching ? Urine burning, frequent or urgent urination ? Tell her to drink plenty of water . Sleep well at night , daily walk, manage stress, maintain weight .

No vaginal discharge , no smell or itchiness or other syptoms can you tell me the ideal time or after how many days of missed periods we again retest the urine pregnancy test !
