Asking for Someone Else, Other, Female, 44 years old, Karachi

My daughter is 44 years old. She is unmarried. However, she is not getting periods since 2 month. Lastly she got her periods normally in May 2026. She is also under treatment of hyper thyroid (Graves Disease) since 7 years & taking medicines (Carbimazole & Inderal). I wanted to ask whether she is falling under perimenopause or she should take any medicine like primolnut-N to get back her periods? Please advice.
