Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem After Duphaston

I have cyst in my right ovary. Dr suggested me diane 35 for 2 months. As she said its bcoz of periods issue. Even though my cycle was regular. But during use of diane 35 in last days little bleeding got started for 10 days (18th April) . I wasn't using pad but tissue paper . I RE visited Dr on 24th April and she said cyst size has been reduced and she suggested me to stop diane 35 and to start duphaston 10 mg for 21 days to regulat my cycle. Its been 7 days that I have stopped duphaston after completion of 21 days but still I haven't gotn my periods or any spotting I did pregnancy test via strip today but it's negative. When I will get my periods. Duphaston stop krne K baad Kitne din main bleeding Hojati hai? I am newly wed. I am so much nauseating these days after having food. Plus please confirm after how many days strip can show right result
