Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem (but I Am Not Married)

My problem is that my periods come on their exact date. My cycle is 30 days and there is no issue with that. But one week after my periods end, I get light spotting again. It’s bright red color and it happens for 1 or 2 days. And its repeated every month from the last 3 to 4 months. I am very sad what's the problem is their any issue?
