Salam! Get a pelvic ultrasound done. Go with full bladder if you are going to get trans abdominal pelvic scan. This can Insha’Allah rule out pelvic pathologies/structural abnormalities related to uterus and ovaries. Considering your history of irregular cycle and weight gain, possibility of polycystic ovarian disease should be rules out. Regards.
