-Dear I can understand your concern but it would be better if u would send me Some more Detail.
-better to upload your scan report here so can have guidance for that as well.
-have tab norethisterone for 21 days 10 mgs twice daily and then wait for bleeding and again start from day 4 of next periods and continue till day 25 of next period to wait for bleeding and then again continue in 3rd cycle from day 4-25 to support and regulate periods.
Follow with scan report and have one examination by gynae specialist.
-better to have iron supplements and have complete blood count and thyroid function tests as well to be Checked with scan and local examination.

Have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
Daily walk, Exercise needed also.

Please see a gynaecologist for harmonal , thyroid profile , and an Usg and u need to take harmones to stop bleeding,
