Dear Sir/Madam, I want to discuss issue regarding my wife, her monthly periods starts with heavy bleeding from 28 May 2021, normally she have not heavy bleeding, after 4 days of heavy bleeding with pain from today 01 June 2021 she have start coming big clots with heavy bleeding, kindly advise me what is the reason behind it, please advise and suggest me.

Respected Ma'am, my wife last periods start on April 28 for 13 days but have same clots but not too much like now and we did not done ultrasound but have SWAB Test report due to too much discharge, kindly find attached report of SWAB Test and advise us for further treatment.
