Talk to Gynecologist on Persistent Bleeding, Abdominal Swelling And Pain After Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage around June 2026. Since the miscarriage, my bleeding has not completely stopped and I have continued to have bleeding for almost two months.

For the past few days, the bleeding has changed to a pinkish and brown-colored watery discharge. Before this, I was having blood/bleeding.

I also have persistent abdominal pain and significant swelling in my abdomen. I have back pain as well. The pain does not completely go away.

I am also experiencing dizziness, sometimes darkness/blackness in front of my eyes, anxiety or a feeling of uneasiness in my heart, and episodes of strong or fast heartbeat/palpitations.

I am worried because the bleeding has continued for such a long time after the miscarriage. Could there be retained tissue, an infection, anemia, or another complication? Please advise me what I should do and whether I need an urgent examination or ultrasound.

Please guide me as soon as possible.
