Talk to Gynecologist on Piles, Diarrhea In Prgncy

My wife is almost 6-7 weeks pregnant for the second child. She is having prolonged morning sickness and stomachache from the last 2 weeks. That she can live with it for now but the biggest worry is the bleeding piles. She experienced these piles after the birth of our first child but now after second pregnancy, since last 3,4 days it has gone worse. Apparently it's hurting A LOT. Our doctor 'Dr. Shaheena' isn't available till Monday and we want interim opinion till then. We are not huge fans of excessive medication. Anyone who can help please? morning sickness and bleeding piles.
