Aoa sorry to know that . Yes it can happened again. Need proper control of BP. Before planning pregnancy u have to take folic acid and Ist month of pregnancy u have to visit the doctor so proper medication like aspirin should be started early. Thanks

Placental abruption unfortunately can occur in any pregnancy more likely in cases of high BP but can occur in some women without risk factor. There is no specific medication to prevent it. High chances of a Normal pregnancy and delivery next time.
