Aoa sorry to know that . Yes it can happened again. Need proper control of BP. Before planning pregnancy u have to take folic acid and Ist month of pregnancy u have to visit the doctor so proper medication like aspirin should be started early. Thanks

Ji bilkul ap sahi soch rahi hein pregnancy honey se pehle apko kuj test karne ki zarorat he aur kuj medicine start krni sakht zarorat taake hum next time inshallah sehatmand maa aur bacha peda ho. Placental abruption unfortunately can occur in any pregnancy more likely in cases of high BP but can occur in some women without risk factor. There is no specific medication to prevent it. High chances of a Normal pregnancy and delivery next time.
