Salam.i had scan today which shows chances of placenta accreta.36 weeks of baby is cephalic weight is is doc discussed abt hysterectomy to b accurance of accreta is i go with this?its a big decision for me as i hav only 2 daughters nd its my 3rd baby.

-Dear in scan its suspected that u might have placenta accreta..... Isn't it??
-In this case u will have difficult surgery that may end up into cesearean Hysterectomy.
-Dear u will need Expertise hands for surgery in multidisciplinary set up with proper blood arrangement.
-better hands could effort to avoid Hysterectomy.

Thanks you do Doppler use to make sure placent is acreta there is chances of uncotrable bleeding which is only controlled by doing hysterectomy but if no acreta then there are others methods to control bleeding it will be at time of cs
