Talk to Gynecologist on Please Check My Dopplar Scan Report

my lmp is 15 September 2025 .my first scan and lmp had 2 weeks difference from starting pregnancy to till now .i follow my first scan which don at week 5. According to this scan i am now 27 week 5 day pregnant . my issue is that my afi no stable at ultrasounds at 22 weeks it is 10 11 cm at 25 weeks it is 9 at 27 week it is 11 cm but today i had diarrhea severe lose motion 5 to 6 time i go to a private clinic doctor do ultrasound and she said your afi is 8.3 .then she said go to Farooq hospital for dopplar scan to check why it decrease . i go Farooq hospital they do scan . i attached my report . please tell me what is abnormality what is cause of my deceased afi . at report she said mild fetoplacental insufficiency my sd is 3.3 and pl is 0.7 .tell how i improve it . which medicine i use for this now i take iron ,Cac plus , aldomat 250mg twice a day and loprin 75mg daily and use livitypro mom supplement milk .for lose motion doctor give me Entamizole tablet 3 time a day is it safe???
