There is no comment on right ovary. Her ovary was removed? Left ovary is normal with no cyst . There is small fibroid in uterus but no issue with it if she is having no any symptom regarding it.

These are not due to fibroid. Fibroid mostly remains silent. It can cause heavy periods in some females.

Fibroid is very small and not causing any problem. Leave it. It is not harmful. With age it can vanish even. It is usually seen in young women due to hormonal influences.

Rt ovary not mentioned ..where was cyst at that time....what procedure was performed...
this scan as per given information seems normal with small fibroid ....which is with out symptoms is not harmful....only need ultrasound follow up 3 monthly

fibroid and cyst are 2 different things
fibroid is usually muscle growth inside ..while cyst us usually in ovary...but in your case scan not showing its proper position and I have no idea about operation details to guide

if having these symptoms.s better go to dr who did the surgery for all details...as last scan also not commenting one side ovary....and histopathology report also I am unaware ...what happens in operation what procedure was done.....only ur dr can guide

this report is OK.if ur tumor markers was fine (Must be done before surgery)
u just need follow up with scan
just keep an eye on your symptoms...like pain.bloating....
u can ask ultrasound dr....why she mention only 1 ovary

ca 125,alpha feto protein,b hcg,or ca 19.9
these r some test done specially to guide nature of cyst before surgery.....and there is score called RMI score ...that is if high need to remove ovaries n tubes also with cyst and follow up with some specialised dr n set up only....these all must be discussed with u before by your dr...
