I'm 24 years old married since 1 year . My LMP was 12 March. I have a cycle of exact 30 days so my expected date was 12 April. but I'm having clots since Monday 5 April. it's been 3 days I'm facing this issue. I have done hcg and according to report there is no pregnancy. I'm really depressed. kindly suggest what should i do in this situation??
U can take cap transamine 500mg 3 times a day for 3 days
And plan ultrasound after periods
Cap Transamine 500mg (1+1)
Cap Fefol Vit ( once daily)

Pelvic scan
Tab Ponstan Forte thrice daily ...5 days
Cap Transamine 500 mg thrice daily ...5 days.
