Talk to Gynecologist on Polycystic Ovaries And Simple Cyst With Fatty Liver

I had my ultra sound done pelvic and abdominal and right ovary is polycystic and another is simple cyst. fatty liver. a doctor told me to not to jump to hormonal treatment only use rimona sachet and another one told to wait till next period and simple cyst will pass. is this diagnosis and medicine adequate.
