Talk to Gynecologist on Positive ANA In Pregnancy

Im 13 weeks pregnant. Had a miscarriage in feb. Due to low platelet count my dr told me to do some tests and in that tests my ANA report is positive. Is it something to worry? What are possible conditions for this??
